Refund policy

We accept returns for any orders which are damaged in the post and do not meet your expectations.

 

If you or your dog aren't completely happy with your delivery for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@snoopsstore.com.

 

Orders that have been dispatched but are returned to us due to not being collected in the carrier's specified time or incorrect address details inputted at checkout will be refunded. Once the order is returned to us we will process a refund minus the original delivery cost plus £5.00 to cover the cost of return. We are a small business and delivery costs are extremely high so we are unable to cover these costs.
